Course Restrictions:

Open to the first 25 paid registrations. Stand-by list will be made in case of cancellations. Participants must be at least 14 years of age. Participants should be in good physical condition and be able to hike with a day pack (15-20 pounds) for 2-4 miles per day.

Course Completion:

"Upon successful completion of a Leave No Trace course, each participant will become a Leave No Trace Trainer and receive LNT training materials, and completion certificates from the Boy Scouts. Youth Scouts will be entitled to serve as their unit Leave No Trace Trainer and to wear the distinctive leadership position patch."

Please follow closely the instructions of the participant information package (to come soon). All participants will receive by mail in advance their assignment to prepare a 5-10 minute class for presentation during the course.
